Ekamrail Private Limited was born out of firsthand experience in the hills of Himachal Pradesh. Our founders-rooted in a family tradition of small-scale farming-know all too well the challenges of moving fresh produce down steep slopes on rough, narrow trails. Frustrated by spoilage, high transport costs, and difficult access during monsoons, we set out to engineer a better way.

Hilly and mountainous regions in India and neighboring countries suffer from inadequate roads, high transport costs, and unsafe travel—especially in agriculture and remote industries. TerraRail addresses these problems head-on with an eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance transport system that runs on a single elevated rail with minimal land disruption.
